Permission to open window is annoying !!

Hello
I love audiobus and have been using it a few months now

I just downloaded the latest update as of today , 9-19-15
and I must say this new feature is horrible !
Every time you try and open a new app it now has a pop up bubble that says "audiobus is trying to open up loopy, open or cancel ?" And then you have to hit the open button and the. I swear to god it says , with a new immediate pop up bubble " loopy is trying to connect with audiobus ,open or cancel ?"

This is highly unnecessary and annoying
Can I shut these notifications off somehow ??
