If you are not a musician and like to record music, and do mixing before recording instead of after, this is for you kids. Almost cool

If you are a musician or creating music using an IOS device like iphone or ipad then you need Audiobus. Well, you dont absolutely need it, but without it, you reduce your creative capabilities drastically. Imagine that you can use audiobus to use the output of a synth or many synths as input to a DAW like Auria or Cubasis and use an effects app to change the sound. If you get audiobus, you will not know why it took you so long to get it and how you didnt know how great it is.

Seems to work with GarageBand for iOS only. I did t even think of that when it said it worked with GarageBand, and I am very disappointed that it looks like it wont work with the desktop version.

As your application works well in any time, but some such applications such as Amplitube, GuitarTone and BIAS FX doesnt work (insist on wainting Launching position) or never give sound as their microphone settings are still open. Please be help make the affirmative action. Thanks & regards.

This app is the reason I switched my studio from os x to ios.

I play through my Bluetooth speakers often. Sometimes performing through them. Though cant use it Bluetooth on stage via audiobus. Other then that its awesum. Bluetooth is becoming ever more important though for me personally

Thanks for being awesome and making this music making experience so welded together and solid. I am glad to be able to say I was one of the first 20 people to download this a few years ago and am having a blast making music and watching the iOS platform take over. I love yall !!!

Folks, if you havent downloaded Audiobus, especially at this price, youre missing out! Combine this with AB Remote on a second iOS device, and youll have the ability to add a huge arsenal of high-quality effects to your Audiobus-enabled music apps, and greatly improve your DAW workflow!

Audiobus is like having tires on a car. You dont get anywhere without it. It makes real IOS music possible.

If you are an iOS music creator - and you want to route Audio between apps, Audiobus is The App! It works, everytime. Audiobus will save the "state" of your music workflow - so you can create when you have time, and pick right up where you left off - focus on Creating, rather than Recreating your flow. Lastly, The Audiobus Forum is probably the Best place on the web to learn iOS music production, and get your questions answered.

Update: still essential for iOS music making. New version about to drop will make it even more so. Audiobus is fantastic. Audiobus and AudioShare are indispensable for making music on iOS devices. They work great together. Dont be put off by the posts that are panning Audiobus. Its not Audiobus thats the problem. Its always worked great for me on all of my iOS devices.

The first and still by far the most reliable and time-tested method to route audio between apps. Drop dead easy to use. You want to make music on iOS? Buy this app. Then stop by their forum. A lot of iOS musicians there who can help out with just about any question you might have. Audiobus - the gift that just keeps giving

The bridge that links all apps. It basically makes every iOS synth and drum machine and sequencer twice as valuable.

Im mortified to see that I never reviewed this app years back when I first bought it. Im correcting that now! If you make iOS music, its just plain stupid not to own this app. Even now that InterApp Audio (IAA) is available this app is still essential. First, AudioBus provides state saving. As long as apps support it, its possible to save your multiple instrument setups so that you can restore them later on and be back where you left off. IAA does not provide this ability. Second, there is the wonderful app switcher, which easily lets you switch back and forth between apps without having to mess with iOSs distracting system. Third, there are transport controls and other buttons for apps that support them. Its possible to start and stop other apps (or all of them) without having to switch back and forth. Then there is the wonderful companion, AudioBus Remote, which gives you a "master" screen to control all of your apps, even from a different device. The only thing missing at this time is Audio Unit Extensions support. That is a newer (and terrific) technology relatively recently introduced by Apple. For that you need another host like AUM, that you can load your Audio Units into. But, hopefully even that will be addressed by AudioBus 3, which is on the way. If you dont have this app, you need it. Period. You will never, ever regret owning it.

Just buy it, use it, love it, say regular thanks that it exists... :-) Essential tool for IOS music production. Provides the audio connectivity between music and audio apps that Apple should have provided from the beginning!

AudioBus is one of the best tools ever invented for music creation on iOS devices. The companion app, Audiobus Remote is also an excellent app. The developer team is one of the best for iOS apps and they are continuing to make improvements to AB. Also check Soundprism and Loopy HD for the teams music making apps.

Short and sweet. If you make music using your iOS device, Audiobus is essential. This app changed my life.
