Latency override. No input apps will work.

Im getting an error for all input apps. Tried killing all apps, deleted AB, deleted music app, reinstalled and rebooted phone and still getting an error for each and every app. Clearly an audiobus issue. Disappointing. On top of that I cant adjust the latency as it says its “overridden” despite no other apps being open.
